They want to win a World Series for the university, and they over-use a lot of pitchers. Just in our organization, we've had some great young kids we've drafted whose arms are blown out because they've thrown 300 innings in college. Your arm can only take so much. And here you're a young kid and you can't tell your college coach "No, I don't want to pitch", because you're afraid he might tell the scouts that you refused to play and that you have no heart.
