I loved the beautiful nature and surroundings, enjoyed all the wonderful concerts and learned so much from the amazing musicians who taught and inspired us all. But the one person who really made it extra special was my teacher Peter Salaff. His tremendously generous heart and inspiring musicianship motivated me to seek out so many new experiences both as a person and as a musician. He is a truly extraordinary man who takes the time to make everyone around him feel special. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him. Does one moment or experience during that summer stick out in your mind?
