The minor is designed to provide a context for understanding the meaning and experience of difference in society by requiring students to examine how disability intersects gender, race, class, age, and sexuality as well. The disability studies minor consists of 21-25 credit hours of course work. Three courses must be at the 300 level or above. Once the disability studies coordinator has approved the Minor Program Form, you should file the form with your college or school counselor.
