Important work.
Quite good. Important forum where day-to-day issues that come up in a workplace are tackled in a no-nonsence manner and explained in an integral causational respect.

Refund???!!!!!???
My review for this item is a bad one because I purchased the book and then right before it was supposed to arrive in my hands they initiate a refund because they are "unable to fulfill your order." I was not pleased.So my advice to you, be careful, they might have an "inventory discrepancy" and therefore you will not get the book you purchased.

The Best Book on I/O Psych
This is the best book available on Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I have used it for several years. I enjoy it, and my students enjoy as well.
