IJR began playing together over forty years ago as young men in high school and college, but disbanded in the early 60s after their leader, Rick Lundquist, was drafted into the army. In 1997, they reunited, (four original members strong) cut a CD and began performing again. Their program blends jazz music with humour, satire and love - and is entertaining for people of all ages.
