Engineering Graduates Mick Prince (EDAT 1992-95) And Paul Sutton pianist warren mailleysmith (Law 1994-97) made his solo recital debut at Birmingham'sSymphony Hall recently, two years after his first appearance there http://www.warwick.ac.uk/alumni/network/6/people.htm
Extractions: Engineering graduates Mick Prince (EDAT 1992-95) and Paul Sutton (EDAT 1991-95, MRes 1995-96) have developed a machine to reduce the threat of landmines. In a collaborative project between Warwick and the registered charity Development Technology Workshop, Paul and Mick have helped to design a remote-controlled, blastproof device called the Tempest which hacks down vegetation that has overgrown minefields. This vegetation makes clearance work treacherous and denies villagers much-needed land for growing crops. The Tempest is easy to maintain and boasts a flexible and cheap design that allows it to be manufactured within the countries which use it. The team are taking a prototype to Cambodia this autumn and hope to visit Bosnia shortly. New funding sources are desperately needed to continue this work. Contact DTW on 01203 694717. PO Box 1401 Coventry CV4 9YE. Mike Kinski (MBA 1985-89) has taken over as chief executive of Stagecoach, the Perth-based transport conglomerate which operates nearly 20% of mainland bus services. Charles Adeogun-Phillips (Law 1986-89) has become a legal adviser to the United Nations' War Crimes Tribunal for Rwanda. His work in international humanitarian and criminal law, he explains, is a fast evolving area since the Rwandan and Yugoslav Tribunals are the only War Crimes Tribunals to take place since the Nuremburg trials of 1949. Charles is happy to hear from anyone interested in internships or research opportunities at the Tribunal.

Hawaii Hi Folks, I was searching the web for information on the Akai MG1214 and I stumbled on to your site. I must say that I really like your music. It is very refreshing. I've been playing and writing with two other guys since college, 1992. Though we play a lot of Funk based, R&B and Contemperary stlyes, we appreciate any good music (except country western). I tend to listen to more mellow styles and yours definately caught my ear. Keep up the great work. P.S. If you can make that Akai unit sound that nice maybe I should consider purchasing the one I've found on ebay? Let me know your opinion. thanks, Brian in Akron, Ohio "brothatlk@earthlink.net" When is Faces of Angels being released and is it true that you will be featuring artists such as Tom U4ea soon
