Grim does a good job of bringing together views from some giants in the field.
I have always maintained that anthologies are the best starting point for learning about anything; they provide multiple viewpoints from which to begin cultivating real knowledge. In this respect, Grim provides an invaluable service by introducing some thoughts on Mind and Consciousness by professionals in the field. I have no real complaints regarding this book; however, most of the essays have at least one typo which is a bit distracting and I question Grim's inclusion of Terence Horgan's article because it is so short that it doesn't even make sense.
