The purpose of this announcement is to solicit papers for this issue. The deadline for submission is 30 August 1993 and the issue is expected to appear about 15 months later. Papers are invited concerning any aspect of linear algebra, its applications, and its interactions with graph theory or functional analysis. All contributions will be subject to the normal reviewing process.
