41. Galapagos Events
Saturday, 12th. jenny lin in HANDS DOWN. Adventurous New Yorkbased pianist jennylin introduces an exciting selection of solo works at Galapagos Art Space.
http://www.galapagosartspace.com/events.html
APRIL Wednesday, 2nd LITTLE GRAY BOOK LECTURE #18:"WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE?"
PAUL TOUGH (editor/contributor, www.openletters.net, The New York Times Magazine) providing a personal history of professional futurism;
CHUCK KLOSTERMAN (author, FARGO ROCK CITY and the forthcoming SEX, DRUGS, AND COCOA PUFFS) revealing the habits and mores of the psychics of the American Midwest;
WHITNEY PASTOREK (www.whittlz.com) foreseeing the prospects of her own marriage as evidenced by apple stem tension; and
BRETT MARTIN (expert in arcane facts and practices, also freelance magazine writer) demonstrating the divining powers of animals.
With futuristic musical accompaniment by JONATHAN COULTON, including notes of such unusual frequency that they may only be heard by highly evolved future-man and future-woman
Beyond these simple facts, the future is hazy. Wednesday, 2nd BLUEGRASS: Citigrass in Residency
Wednesdays at Galapagos
Citigrass is "...building a following with these energetic, smart weekly Williamsburg gigs, offering up 'urban bluegrass' which marries bluegrass with knowing local lyrics and sounds that shout out to rock and even ambient/jazz - not shocking for a band with a fiddle player from the Flux quartet. Yet they still play 'Orange Blossom Special' with no-joke, straight-on pickin' abandon." (Village Voice)

47. Bruno Forment: Toetsend Op De Tast Getest
http://users.pandora.be/cwichlo/research/toetsend.htm
