It is a medium sized chemical engineering school with a strong emphasis on both teaching and research. We provide a friendly environment for learning with guidance and pastoral care being offered throughout the course. Our strategy in teaching is to commence with the scientific principles underpinning the practice of chemical engineering and to then show how these are applied in solving engineering problems.
