The diminutive actress, better known for her TV roles in Law and Order , as well as the features The Craft and Six Days , is for once embracing a lighter role in the indie film Cherish . Starring alongside Oh Brother Thou Art You s Tim Blake Nelson, she cant say enough about the delights of exploring her on screen character, Zoe.
It was less about her quirkiness as a character than the transformation that she makes. As an actor, its really amazing to be able to start out as one person and completely transform into someone else. In Cherish , Zoes given the screen time to make that happen organically and subtlety, without having to feel like you are selling it. Its a leisure you dont get very much as an actor. | |
