Main theme: Italian Gangsters in the US Summary : Corleone family is one of the five most powerful Italian crime organisations-families in New York. Corleone's family is strongest and most powerful one. The family Don is Don Corleone, also called the Godfather, who has been the most influential and respectful Don between all the Mafia families for the last 10 years. Nevertheless there is a lot of competition between those families, dealing with gambling, blackmailing, Mafia protection and other illegal businesses, the established by Don Corleone "rules of the game" and mafioso style gentlemen agreements are keeping "the peace" between those five families. Don Corleone is largely supported in his function of "Godfather" and outspoken authority as his actions serve the very best interests of this Italian crime society.
