    Montreal romps Florida by ten
  • Boxscore Tracy hit his first career grand slam and drove in seven runs, and Montreal benefitted from a franchise-high three balks by Florida pitchers to beat the Marlins 17-7 Saturday night. Montreal Expos starting pitcher Mike Johnson (47) gets set to deliver a pitch in the first inning against the Florida Marlins, Saturday, July 22, 2000, in Miami. (AP Photo/Steve Mitchell) Notes: There were two great catches in the first inning, one by a fan in right field. The fan reached over the fence, giving Wilson his ground-rule double. Not to be outdone, Montreal center fielder Bradley denied Derrek Lee of extra bases, leaping high for a catch in front of the scoreboard with two men aboard. ... Vladimir Guerrero didn't start for the third straight game because of a strained right hip flexor. The All-Star right fielder started 120 straight games before being scratched Thursday. ... The Expos have 14 players (10 pitchers) on the disabled list following Friday's sidelining of RHP Yovanny Lara (triceps strain). ... The Marlins added another stolen base, increasing their major league-leading total to 108. ... Florida 2B Luis Castillo extended his hitting streak to 14 games and stole his major league-leading 41st base. ... Half of Lee's 20 home runs came after the sixth inning.

Theresa Ball’s soft-spoken and carefully chosen words, and her prompt and accurate responses contribute in making her an effective and efficient Customer Service Representative (CSR). "I believe that what makes my job easy for me is that I worked in many areas within the organization which provided a good foundation," she says. After fourteen years working as a bookkeeper for a privately owned company, Theresa began her employment with our company in April 1993 as a mail clerk. In this position, she organized the daily workflow for the CSRs which included preparing totals, batching the daily work received, and distributing and organizing the work for each CSR. During this time, she assisted all the representatives in preparing for the workday ahead. Working as a mail clerk gave Theresa an insight into the operation of each department within the company. Theresa began working with the FFEL Stafford Loan Program in April of 1994. In this capacity, she reconciled the enrollment status of the borrowers with data provided by a guarantee agency. This information would then be entered into the EduServ XSEL system. Ten months later, Theresa was promoted to the campus-based Federal Perkins Forms department where she learned about regulations, and how to process deferment and cancellation forms.
