Good for review, but very sloppy
I'm currently working through this lab book.I admit, it is very detailed, covering every little trick related to Cisco router and switches.However, it is unbelievably sloppy.Diagrams that don't match the text, interfaces shown in one part of an example have different port numbers in a different place in the same example, duplicated chapters.For the price my company paid for this book ($250!), this sort of half-baked editing and proof-reading is inexcusable.

Unfortunately, there aren't many other options for CCIE labs that don't cost vastly more, from what I can tell.Proceed with extreme caution with this book; it is useful, but very frustrating. ... Read more
