Painful
I was wading through as quickly as possible waiting to get to the good part where the story would pick up a bit, thinking the suffering would be worth it. But this book is painfully slow. By the time I got to Chapter 10 I found myself skimming (and in my head) saying, "yak, yak, yak, get to the point, PLEASE!"

I hesitated on writing this review because of the 5 star reviews it got (the reason I bought the e-book in the first place). But I've mentioned my reading it to others and found 2 that have also read the book and they were none too impressed either. (One smiled and said, "Ah. My college nightmare of boredom.")So I figured I couldn't be ALL alone in my opinion.
