Excerpt: Everette Howard Hunt, Jr. (October 9, 1918 January 23, 2007) was an American author and intelligence officer. He worked for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and later the White House under President Richard Nixon. Hunt, with G. Gordon Liddy and others, was one of the White House's "plumbers" a secret team of operatives charged with fixing "leaks." Hunt, along with Liddy, engineered the first Watergate burglary and in the ensuing Watergate Scandal, was convicted of burglary, conspiracy and wiretapping, eventually serving 33 months in prison. Hunt was born in Hamburg, New York, United States, of English and Welsh descent. An alumnus of Nichols School in Buffalo, New York and a 1940 graduate of Brown University, Hunt during World War II served in the U.S. Navy on the destroyer USS Mayo, United States Army Air Forces, and finally, the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) which he worked for in China. Excerpt: Charles Elzer Loudermilk (born July 7, 1927), known professionally as Charlie Louvin, is an American country music singer and songwriter. He is best known as one of the Louvin Brothers. Born in Henagar, Alabama, Louvin began singing professionally with his brother Ira as a teenager on local radio programs in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The boys sang traditional and gospel music in the harmony style they had learned while performing in their church's choir. After Charlie left the act briefly in 1945 to serve in World War II, the brothers moved first to Knoxville and later to Memphis, working as postal clerks by day while making appearances in the evening. Another brief disbandment due to Charlie's service in the Korean War led to the brothers' relocation to Birmingham, Alabama. Primarily known as gospel artists, the Louvins were convinced by a sponsor that "you can't sell tobacco with gospel music," and began adding secular music to their repertoire. They began making appearances on the famed Grand Ole Opry during the 1950s, becoming official members in 1955. The Louvin Brothers released numerous singles, such as "Little Reasons," with over 20 recordings reaching the country music charts. Their rich harmonies served as an influence to later artists such as Emmylou Harris, Gram Parsons and The Byrds. By the 1960s Charlie and Ira's popularity had waned and the brothers split up in 1963. He is best known for his pioneering activism in gay liberation and prison reform, but also for his writing about punk rock and subculture. The son of a career naval officer, Donaldson spent his early childhood in different seaport cities in the eastern United States and in Germany. Donaldson later described his father Robert, the son of Italian and German immigrants, as a man who "frowned on display of emotion" and his mother Lois as "an English, Scottish Texan, artistic, free-spirited, emotional, impulsive." After his parents' divorce in 1953 when he was twenty-four years old, Donaldson's mother was diagnosed with the mental disorder porphyria and abandoned her two sons. The book is new and in very good shape. I read someone else's book before I boughtthis one. I am really was impressed with the contents. It motivated me to want to do more in getting people to pray for our cities that are full of gangs and violence.

Preparing the Way
This is a wonderful inspiring book. Fast reading and excellent book. Full of prophetic happenings on the starting of Healing Rooms in Spokane, WA. I have passed my books around and everyone has absolutely loved them. A definite buy!

Gives all the credit to an Awesome God
I instantly felt a great spirit of humility in Cal Pierce's account of how the Healing Rooms have been re-established.This book is not so much about Cal Pierce, or even the Healing Rooms, and definitely not about some hyped up philosophy or phony "name it and claim it" ideals.It is not about the seemingly select few that have "healing ministries" as if healing belonged to them.Healing belongs to God, and it operates wherever His presence is!This is an account of what happens when God's people simply understand and believe who He is as Jesus the Healer, and make room for Him to work.I believe you will be challenged and blessed by this book -- let it plant the seeds of pure faith into your heart and mind, and come to know our Great Savior and Physician better.You can visit [...] for more info on this ministry, or to locate a nearby Healing Room.

The beginnings of an awesome healing ministry!
At first sight, you might think that the author was just copying some formula used 80 years ago.But, as you read on, you discover Cal Pierce's heart and the sincerity of God's call on his life.You quickly see that this book is the manifestation of God raising up an army of believers that are going to tear up Satan's kingdom and destroy his weapon of sickness!
