This book was cancelled!
I have been corresponding with the author for some time.There were a lot of struggles in attemting to put this book out.However, when he was informed about the low quality of the impending release, he cancelled this rather than diminish the hard work he put into this biography.A plus for integrety but too damn bad. ...
