According to the Hollywood Reporter , Lloyd has been picked for the role of Annakin Skywalker, the young Darth Vader, in George Lucas ' upcoming prequel. While Lucasfilm is keeping mum, saying only that the company is talking with representatives of various actors, Lloyd is reportedly "close to signing" a deal to play the virtuous young man with the potential for great evil. Soon other commercials followed. In 1996, Jake acted in his first movie, Unhook the stars. Movies and TV serials Jake had then the wonderful chance to act with his hero; Arnold Schwarzenegger, in Jingle all the way. When Jake first met the huge actor, Schwarzenegger cried: "He looks like me!" All Jake could reply was: "Eh... hi!". "It was the first time I saw my son nervous" says his mother, Lisa. Jingle all the way was his 2nd movie, but it came out before Unhook the stars. The third movie in 1996 was Apollo 11, in which Jake played a kid named Mark Armstrong.
