Cross-genre Writing Resources of ladies and gentlemen's collective encouragement, writing advice, resources andcompetitions. You can find their chapter website at http//www.romanceffp.com http://www.hotkey.net.au/~melinda1/cross.htm
Extractions: Cross-genre romances such as time-travels, futuristics and paranormal novels have an ebb and flow of popularity with publishers, but there is always a demand for them from the audience. Unfortunately, because that audience is perceived as being a small proportion of the romance-reading audience, the publishers don't always provide the types of stories we wish to read. It is for that reason that I joined the rabble rousing campaign to show the publishers the growing interest in cross-genre It seems to be having an effect, along with the television interest in what we fondly call "woo-woo." Email me with your sources and I'll be glad to add it to the page. Publishers: I have good news for other writers of cross-genre romance: Harlequin is releasing a new fantasy line with romantic subplots. You can find out more about
