Theatre as Representation (TAR), is introduced as a provocation means or tool for school administrators (appointed or elected) to further their knowledge and field experience in the governance of their institutions. Using the subject vehicle of 'executive succession', a supporting literature, and research methodology (data collection, analysis and its findings), an original dramatic script was created entitled Transitional Wars. Learning Circles was designed for teachers in the elementary and secondary schools and those individuals involved with teacher professional development. "Learning circles", as defined by the authors, aresmall groups of learners who come together to support each other inlearning.The authors discuss the six key conditions needed to create a"learning circle."These conditions are:
