Thomas Thayer (Generation No. 2) was born in 1596 in Thornbury, Gloucester, England and died in 1665 in Braintree, Mass. He and his wife, Margery Wheeler, had eight children, seven of whom are known to have been born in England. Unacceptable, illegible quality reproduction
I am amazed that (poor) quality control at Amazon allowed this volume to be shipped/sold. It contains over 100 pages of multiple column inches of type which is completely illegible--not picked up by the scanning process of this Nabu reprint. This volume should never have been allowed out the door! It should be recalled, and a replacement offered which is re-scanned so that it is completely legible.

The title of the book, by the way, omits the very important fact that this is Volume I (of four) only. It is not the complete works. Another poor reflection on quality control of Nabu. Why would they omit that important fact?

This reprint is unsatisfactory, gets no stars in my opinion, and demands to be pulled from inventory. What more is there to say?
