Royal Welsh College Of Music & Drama a culturally rich city making it the perfect location for a music and drama university Pubsand clubs the variety of pubs and clubs of Cardiff means that http://www.rwcmd.ac.uk/college/aboutcardiff.html
Extractions: Cardiff is both friendly and lively. Students enjoy the unrivalled standard of living which marks the city out as Europe's youngest and brightest capital. Cardiff has a well-established student community of over 30,000 students, including 3,000 international students, spread over four separate Higher Education establishments, including the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Only 2 hours from London, Cardiff is a culturally rich city making it the perfect location for a music and drama university. It has much to offer everyone, but, students in particular find Cardiff the perfect place to study. Some of the main reasons why students study at RWCMD: Culture - a variety of concert halls and theatres, large and small, means that you never need to go beyond Cardiff to seek quality entertainment. This also means that there are many places and opportunities for you to perform publically as the College has excellent relationships with St. David's Concert Hall, New Theatre and the Sherman Theatre. Parks - there are many beautiful parks in and around Cardiff and the College itself is situated next to the second biggest inner-city park in the world, in the grounds of Cardiff Castle. The abundance of natural park lands make it a most attractive city where students can relax under the shade of trees, go boating or just walk and enjoy the contrast to city life.
Extractions: An ounce of prevention P athways Youth Ministry is our preventive focus, that encourages children and youth to avoid the many wrong paths that can damage or destroy their lives and instead lead Christ-centered lives so that they can enter adulthood ready to contribute to society. Creative evangelism, relevant Bible instruction, adult and youth mentoring, music, drama, leadership training, and fun, wholesome recreational activities together help youth successfully live out Biblical principles and reach their God-given potential. In our computer learning center, committed volunteer tutors help children succeed and excel in school. Our goal is to see increasing numbers of our youth take advantage of the Mission's college scholarship program. Pathways has begun its second year of its After-School program for elementary students. The kids have fun, learn a lot, and come away with the knowledge and assurance that there is a reason to hope for the future. This year we want to provide more one-on-one time and also expand enrollment, so we need additional volunteers, some part-time paid teachers and additional funding. (The part-time positions are available for people who can commit to daily involvement during the school year. For more information, contact John Dixson at (216) 431-3520 or e-mail him at
