From the supplier: The Pacific Century Financial Corp initiated different programs in its bid to update and reformulate its security systems. It launched a newsletter aimed at increasing security awareness among employees. Video tapes on security training were made available to managers to instruct them on how to handle violent incidents in the workplace, as well as, financial crimes. The program also includes education on travel safety for employees given traveling assignments. Lastly, employees were encouraged to participate in security programs through an awards program.
