A World of Dinosaurs
This book is an excellent learning tool for all ages aboutdinosaurs.Within this book you learn about roughly twelve differentdinosuars.You learn what they eat, how big they are, interesting facts about each one.They even break-down how to say each ones name. The part that I liked was how they try to bring to scale how big things were on a dinosaur compared to a human.For example, did you know that "the plates on a Stegosaurus's back were so huge that you could have used one as a comfortable backrest?".

At the end of this book, they list "fast facts" about some of the dinosaurs.Within that information they list the height, weight, speed, special body parts, and other things.At the very end of the book they have a "puzzle" section, which tests what you have learned.

I bought this book for my young daughter, for when she gets older to learn from.However, I must admit I learned a few things from reading it first.I would also recommend the following books in the series: Sharks, Insects, and Snakes.

I've Taken This Book All Over The World With Me
I got this wee book at the Field Museum in Chicago in 2006 and still have more than half its stickers left. Ever since then I've taken it with me when I've traveled and have enjoyed leaving dinosaurs behind in worthy places. I put a green T-Rex in one of the Eiffel Tower's elevators. I left a brown stegosaur on Nelson's monument in Trafalgar Square, and another plant eater went under a rung on the ladder used by the Wizard of New Zealand, down in Christchurch. I put one in front of Grauman's Chinese Theater, and another on a street sign in Virginia, right by Robert E. Lee's monumental tomb. Another donned a stall in the restroom inside the Guinness Brewery in Dublin. Nearer to home, I put an Apatosaurus sticker firmly on the rear bumper of a Volvo belonging to the Reform mohel who'd just given my friend's week-old son a very stressful morning. (And who passed out business cards afterward, jeez how gauche.) And then there's the time I stood up on the exam table wearing a paper towel dress and sneaked one onto the ceiling of my gynecologist's office: something to gaze up at, right? The point is, I bet no other little sticker book sold at the Field Museum has ever gotten around in quite this way. Great for girls too!
I purchased this for my 4 year old nieces for their birthday at the request of my sister.She told me that the twins were really into dinosaurs.I was skeptical so I purchased a fairy sticker book too.They are now putting the fairies in "dino land"!It's hysterical.They are learning the names of different dinosaurs and discovering there are more than T Rexs.

I bought this book as a gift for someone going on a plane ride.

The Best cheapest present for Christmas
I ordered this item just for a little Christmas Stocking extra. I gave my grandson who was four years old. Eli got a whole lotof very expensive nice gifts from family members that night-Christmas Eve. He didn't even want to open more present but work on this sticker book.
