Needs to be on every book shelf!
Stay healthy and fit through good nutrition - that's the advice of Dr. Hay.Too bad its not so easy today - unless you have this great book to guide you.Its full of REAL info - very complete.I have used a photocopy of this book for years, and only now have found it here on Amazon, I'm so happy!
