There are only two other web pages on John Starks that I know of, his bio page at NBA.com, and another site with some kewl pictures of 'The Dunk'. If you know of any others, send me some email! I've got some more pics of other players (including Ewing) here.

Extractions: My favourite player. From 36 games at Golden State to the CBA, he rose against the odds to get drafted by New York in October, 1990. During the final cut at summer camp, he went all-out on a dunk on Ewing. Needless to say, he broke his arm but at least he landed a place in the team. From there he just blossomed to become an All Star guard for New York. Fearless and bold, this streaky outside shooter can match anyone trey-for-trey and dunk-for-dunk. Last year he became the first NBA player in history to can more than 200 from downtown (217). And we all know he can dunk, as he taught a flying lesson with that huge monster of a dunk he dealt to Horace Grant and Michael Jordan in the 1993 Playoffs... Ouch! Sea. Extractions: The Sparks Could Only Come From Starks John Starks... A name that has become legendary to all Knicks fans. A name that has taken us on a constant roller coaster ride. A name that means New York Knicks basketball. Hello, my name is Jenny. I am 19 years old and have been following John Starks' career since the early '90's. Despite the criticism John receives from the press, he is my favorite basketball player due to the fiery energy with which he plays the game and for his everlasting desire for victory. In my opinion, he is the most underrated player in the league. Unfortunately, John was traded to the Golden State Warriors on January 21, 1999; an end to an era and huge mistake on part of the Knicks' management. This page will now be a dedication to John's days as a New York Knick. loyal Starks fans since 3/26/99. Besides being an all-star professional baller, John Starks is active in the community. The John Starks foundation is an organization which aims to help Tulsa-area children attain their dreams. The foundation contributes greatly to academic scholarships through fundraiser basketball tournaments and golf celebrity classics.
