Matt O'Hara matt OHara. I attended Culver Stockton College in Canton, MO on a basketballscholarship Scientist and the crew leader for the LTRM fish monitoring component http://www.inhs.uiuc.edu/cae/ltrm/matt.html
Extractions: FAX: (309) 543-2105 E-mail to: Matt_Ohara@usgs.gov I grew up in Beardstown, IL a small town along the Illinois River. I graduated from Beardstown High School in 1987. After high school I attended Culver - Stockton College in Canton, MO on a basketball scholarship. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology in 1991, after a internship with Illinois Department of Natural Resources. I began working for the Illinois Natural History Survey and the Long Term Resource Monitoring Program(LTRMP) in the fall of 1991 as a fisheries technician. In 1996 I became a SR. Technical Research Scientist and the crew leader for the LTRM fish monitoring component . Some of my responsibilities are collecting fisheries data, computerization and analyses of the data. I enjoy monitoring fish populations, assisting with similar research (i.e water quality, macroinvertebrates and vegetation), exploring the river and observing the many changes that have happened in the last seven years on the La Grange Reach of the Illinois River. Also, I am a member of the Illinois Chapter of the American Fisheries Society. I met my wife, Christy in 1994 and we have a son Fletcher Reed who was born February 21, 1998. Some of my interests are waterfowl hunting with my chocolate lab Dallas, fishing and most outdoor activities that come with living next to the Illinois River. Oh yeah, I still try to play basketball.

Extractions: Throughout the wrestling season, hawkeyesports.com's Brandon Weghorst will visit with different Iowa wrestlers to bring you a behind-the-scenes look at the men who make up the squad. Todays featured wrestler is Matt Anderson With dark features and a chiseled face, Matt Anderson looks like your average college wrestler. But inside that body, theres a guy who seeks adventure and the spirit of the battle to survive. That adventure is obvious on the mat, but theres much more to the story as well. Anderson was born and raised in Shenandoah, Iowa, a small town in the southwestern part of the state with about 5,000 people. He said its great to grow up in a small town because you get to know everybody. That small town was also an opportunity for Anderson to excel in his wrestling skills.
