Could you describe those circumstances? AUSTIN CROSHERE: Just at the end of my second year, it didn't look like - having not played - it didn't look like there was going to be much of an opportunity. I went to Donnie Walsh and asked him if - it didn't look like there was going to be a realistic chance for me to get playing time in my third season - if they could move me somewhere where I could get a chance to play. This was before Antonio was traded. Q. Could you talk about Larry Bird's coaching and leadership style? He doesn't seem to get caught up in too many mind games the way Phil Jackson has done in the past with other coaches. AUSTIN CROSHERE: No, he's, you know, the type of coach that expects a lot out of his players, kind of expects you to work hard, to show up and give it what you got every day. He doesn't play a lot of games, he's pretty straightforward. I think he's kind of old-school in that regard. He just wants you to show up and play hard and, you know, kind of do what you're told and, you know, don't ask too many questions. Q. Austin, you haven't really struggled through the first few rounds of the playoffs, but it seems like in the Finals you've really stepped it up.
