Extractions: Sarah's J.T. Snow Page Welcome to my J.T. Snow Page! I dedicated this page to J.T. Snow, the first baseman for the San Francisco Giants, because he is my favorite baseball player. I have followed him from the Yankees to the Angels and now to the Giants. One reason I like him is because I think he is very underrated. When I tell people who my favorite baseball player is, they usually say "Who?". I rest my case. Another reason I like him is because he is a very good defensive first baseman. I think too much emphasis is put on offense and not enough on defense in baseball today. Leaping for wild throws and picking some of the weirdest hops have become his trademarks. J.T. has won six Gold Glove Awards for defensive excellence. Why do I like J.T. so much? It just seems he's the All-American guy: clean cut, well spoken and nice to fans. Oh yes, and I am aware that J.T. is "ugly impaired." So I encourage you to peruse my site and when you are done sign my guestbook! Till then: peace, love and baseball Interesting Links: Career Statistics of J.T. Snow

Shawon Dunston 's run-scoring infield single capped a three-run ninth inning against Hoffman and the San Francisco Giants beat the Padres 6-5 Wednesday on J.T. Snow 's RBI single in the 12th. "I'm not disappointed because I threw well," Hoffman said. "They just made some good adjustments and put the ball in play." Hoffman had converted 27 straight save chances since Sept. 8 at Arizona but couldn't protect a three-run lead in the ninth. On Monday, Hoffman allowed a game-winning homer to Barry Bonds in San Diego.
